EICS is a learning organization focused on teacher and student learning.

Learning Services provides personnel and resources to ensure schools and staffs have the support and skills they need from pre-kindergarten to grade 12 to support student engagement, achievement, and success in a faith-focused environment.  Our team of Learning Services Consultants support a variety of curricular areas at all grade levels.

Meet Our Team 

Director of Educational Excellence, Student Learning Services

Thérèse deChamplain-Good is responsible for all areas of  Student Learning Services including provincial and board initiatives for the schools within EICS. The Student Learning Services department provides support to teachers in their curricular needs (including embedding technology into teaching).

Learning Services Consultants

Ciara Smith, Crystal Cholin, Debbie Quick, and Nancy Morgan  are Learning Services Consultants that provide support within the division in all areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment within the division to:

  • Beginning teachers
  • Grade level teams
  • Professional Learning Communities
  • School staffs
