The following documents are required prior to an offer of employment being extended, and should be submitted with the application:

• A faith reference is required. We prefer that you use our Priest Reference Form available in PDF format.  Please the complete the Priest Reference Form and upload it with your application.
  
  
• A photocopy of an Alberta Teaching Certificate.  In order to teach in Alberta, you must have an Alberta Teaching Certificate.

• For teachers with experience - written Verification of Teaching Experience confirming the length of service from former employer(s) including a specific number of days taught each school year.
  
  
• Criminal Record Check available from RCMP Detachments (not older than 3 months).
  
  
• Child Intervention Check available from Child & Family Services (not older than 3 months).
