After Hour School Rentals
Once school needs have been met, Elk Island Catholic Schools gives the community the opportunity to have reasonable access to school facilities for education, recreation, and wellness activities.
For after-hours rental of school facilities in Strathcona County, the City of Fort Saskatchewan, City of Camrose and the Town of Vegreville please do the following:
1. Check the availability of a school facility - After you click on the calendar link, the entire list of schools and available dates and times will pop up. To simplify your search, go to the arrow which is beside Agenda on the top right of your screen, and a drop down menu will appear. Now, you can check those specific sites you wish to view by un-checking the sites you don't want to see and only leave those checked which you want to see.
2. Review the facility rentals price list below
3.Review our Community Use of School Facilities - Admin Procedure 546
4. Submit an application online
Please note: Requests for facilities for the school year (September 1 to June 30) are to be submitted no later than June 30th of the prior year. Monday through Friday available booking times: 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. unless otherwise stipulated on the school rental calendars. No school rentals permitted on Sundays.

REGULAR BOOKINGS (Not for Profit)
(a) Weekdays
(i) Single Area $50.00 per hour
(ii) Additional Areas $15.80 per hour
(iii) Specialty Areas $67.30 per hour
(b) Weekends (minimum 3 Hour Rental)
(i) Single Area $84.65 per hour
(ii) Additional Areas $15.80 per hour
(iii) Specialty Areas $85.65 per hour
COMMUNITY YOUTH GROUPS (Not for Profit)
a) Weekdays
(i) Single Area $30.60 per hour
(ii) Additional Areas $12.75 per hour
(iii) Specialty Areas $60.15per hour
(b) Weekends (minimum 3 Hour Rental)
(i) Single Area $84.65 per hour
(ii) Additional Areas $15.80 per hour
(iii) Specialty Areas $85.65 per hour
SOCIAL & FOR PROFIT COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS (6 days per week, minimum 3 Hour Rental on Saturday)
(i) Single Area $111.15 per hour
(ii) Additional Areas $50.00 per hour
(iii) Specialty Areas $133.60.00 per hour
Note: $500.00 damage deposit required

JOINT USE FUNCTION No Charge
Programs qualifying under Joint Use Agreement
Regular rates apply for any weekend bookings.
